Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque is an Islamic mosque in Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital of Brunei. The building was completed in 1958 and is an example of modern Islamic architecture. The mosque's main dome, is covered in pure gold.

The Currency Interchangeability Agreement between Brunei Darussalam and Singapore, was established in 1967 to promote monetary cooperation between the two countries. Singapore and Brunei Dollar bears an exchange rate 1:1 and both the currencies are well accepted in Singapore and Brunei. Brunei and Singapore jointly issued 20 Dollars with the same background to commemorate 40 years of this Agreement (1967-2007). In this way Singapore 20 Dollar (2007) Banknote got a Mosque of Brunei at reverse side.
